  4. You can pay with your credit or debit card, via PayPal.
    PayPal accepts Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, Maestro, American Express, and debit/bank cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. 

  5. Do I need to have a PayPal account in order for me to pay?

  6. No, you don't need to. You can pay using only your credit or debit card, and then PayPal will handle the payment process for you, as is with a registered account.*

  7. Do you ship internationally?

  8. At the moment, we only ship inside the United Arab Emirates. However, we definitely have plans to ship worldwide in the near future! Stay updated»

  9. How long will my order take to arrive?

  11. Can I change my order?

  12. Yes, you can. But make sure to contact us about it as soon as you can before we ship your order out.

  14. This store uses PayPal for all transactions, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

    Furthermore, Paypal does not connect its firewall-protected servers directly to the internet, therefore your credit card details and/or bank account numbers are fully safeguarded.

  15. Can I return or exchange my order?

  16. Yes, you can. But only if the item(s) you received are defective, or the wrong order on our part (sent the wrong item, size, or color). If we found your situation eligible for a return, we will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange for an item of the same value or two or more items that will amount to the same value of the product to be exchanged with.

    You can begin the process of returning your order by contacting us about it. After stating your reason for returning said product(s), we will give you the details of our shipping address as soon as we get a hold of your message.
